What kind of paper do you use for your inserts? What is the weight?

We use 100% recycled paper with 105 gsm/ 28 lbs paper. The brightness can vary from manufacture, it can be brightness from 100 to 96. Not many manufactures make higher pound paper in less brightness. Our goal is use recycled paper and get it the highest gsm possible. If you found one, please let us know by contact us.

How long does it take to process my order?

We take about 3-5 business days to process and prepare your order to ship. We want to make sure it is right. Custom order can take 5-7 business days.

How long does it take to ship?

That depends on USPS or shipping opinions you choose. Once we drop it off, we have no control over the weather and the service of USPS or other carriers. That is why there is tracking information.

What if I don't like it or want a different color? 

Email us, we will do our best to fix the issue. Returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

What size of planner inserts do you provide?
